Injury expert Dr. Rajpal Brar has provided an update on Tottenham winger Manor Solomon’s current situation.

Solomon, who arrived at Spurs from Shakhtar Donetsk on a free transfer after an impressive loan spell at Fulham, has encountered a challenging start to his tenure at the North London club. Suffering an injury during training in October, he has been sidelined since then.

Initially expected to return earlier in January and reportedly ahead of James Maddison in his recovery, Solomon experienced a setback, prolonging his absence for another month.

According to Dr. Brar, there are lingering concerns regarding his fitness. The winger has faced setbacks in his rehabilitation process and required surgery, delaying his full recovery. Dr. Brar predicts that Solomon is unlikely to regain full fitness until the end of March.

Speaking to Tottenham News, he said:

“Solomon has been ruled out for several months with a knee injury and is facing issues while returning to full fitness.

“Based on comments from Postecoglou, he’s had a couple of setbacks in his return process and also required surgery.

“He’s unlikely to be back at 100 per cent until the end of March.

“A first-team training return should be on the cards in the first week of March if everything is on track.“

The exciting young winger made a decent start to his career at Spurs, making 5 appearances in the league and assisting 2 goals, before the unfortunate injuries.

His return will be a boost for Ange, but the doctor’s claim for now will be a source of concern.
